Fresh Ricotta & Tender Spinach Tortelloni

Tortelloni used to be traditionally stuffed with ricotta and leaf vegetables making my Ricotta and Spinach Tortelloni a truly classic Italian recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (50%): wheat flour, eggs 25%, durum wheat semolina
  • Filling (50%): ricotta cheese 45% (whey, milk, acidity regulator: citric or lactic acid), dehydrated potatoes, spinach 11%, vegetable oils and fats, vegetable fibre, whey powder, powdered milk, wheat flour, salt, grated cheese, natural flavourings.

Allergens:

  • Contains: milk, egg, celery and wheat gluten.
  • Not suitable for nuts and mustard allergy sufferers.

125 grams of uncooked pasta weight approximately 190 grams when cooked
