Rich Italian Beef Bolognese Tortelloni

This recipe replicates the traditional Bolognese sauce (which we call Ragù in Italian). Carefully selected meat mixed with tomatoes, onions, carrots and rosemary to give you a true Italian flavour.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (45%): wheat flour, eggs 25%, durum wheat semolina
  • Filling (55%): beef 18%, tomato 16.5%, grated cheese, sunflower oil, breadcrumb (wheat flour, yeast, salt), pork meat 7%, processed cheese (curd, palm oil, rapeseed oil, milk proteins, salt, emulsifier: sodium citrate), carrots 6.3%, onion 5.3%, dehydrated potatoes, potato starch, natural flavourings, wheat fibre, whey powder, milk, celery 1.4%, tomato powder 1%, butter, yeast extract, salt, sodium bicarbonate, rosemary, salt, sugar.

  • Contains: milk, egg, celery and wheat gluten.
  • Not suitable for nuts and mustard allergy sufferers.
